Samiksha graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from Monash University in 2021, completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen in 2021 and was admitted as an Australian Legal Practitioner by the Supreme Court of Victoria in February2022.
Samiksha's interest in Commercial Law and Civil Litigation grew when she commenced working at De Marco Lawyers in April 2022. She has experience with retail and commercial leasing, mortgage agreement reviews, drafting trust deeds, building contract reviews and commercial litigation.
Samiksha also has experience with Litigation in the Supreme Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria, Magistrates' Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, having worked on matter relating to contract rescission, contract repudiation, common property damage, fencing disputes, leasing disputes and caveats.
Outside of work, Samiksha enjoys spending time with family and friends, and helping out at her local community.
